These Terms govern your purchase and use of the digital ebook "Metrize TikTok Shop" (the "Product") sold on this website. The seller is Joevany Kersaint, an individual based in Florida, United States, trading as QuantumGrowth AI ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Product or this website, you are contracting with Joevany Kersaint and agree to these Terms. Continued use of the website means you accept them.

Product

The Product is a downloadable PDF guide about operating a TikTok Shop in the United States. It is educational information only, independent of TikTok, and does not guarantee any income or result. You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind your organization if buying for a business.

Payments and orders

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

VIP Membership subscription

The VIP Membership is a recurring monthly subscription that gives access to a private WhatsApp support group with daily TikTok Shop updates and new strategies. The first month costs $297 (the $147 monthly fee plus a one-time $150 onboarding fee); each following month renews automatically at $147 until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page or the link in your receipt. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the Product. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish it, in whole or in part.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or Product, including: using it for unlawful purposes; fraud or spam; infringing our or others' intellectual property; or interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits).

Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Product, website, content, documentation, and branding.

Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Product is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts located in Florida.
